PROGRAMS
Little Dragons
This martial arts program are for students ages 4 thru 6. We focus on character development. Our lesson plans teach basic martial arts techniques while emphasizing the Tenants of Tae Kwon Do -- Courtesy, Integrity, Self Control and Indomitable Spirit.
Home School
This program can be utilized as a gym class for students whom are home schooled. A full ranking curriculum is offered during the day to fit within a regular school schedule. Classes for elementary aged children are seperate than classes for middle school aged and high school aged students. Receive up to a 20% discount with any qualified Home School Program!
Juniors
Children from ages 7 thru 12 can participate in this class. The ciriculum is based on character development along with the basic understanding of martial arts and its application to everyday life.
Young Adults/Adults
These martial arts classes will focus on character development and martial arts applications. These classes can be utilized to help cross train with other sports. Also, classes will assist student in stress relief, for managing challenging schedules, and physical conditioning.

Vince Lombardi
Conditioning
Exercise classes focused on improving overall health for all fitness levels. Classes are small group sessions with only 8 to 10 adult students. All exercises can be modified for beginner students.
Private Training
Tae Kwon Do
For individuals with schedular constraints we offer private self defense classes which will include martial arts training and conditioning. These classes are by appointment only.
Personal Training
For individuals who wish to improve their overall health and fitness. These classes are by appointment only.
